The XL-MAX replaces the standard flat paddle, delivering thorough mixing by guiding ingredients toward the dimple and along the bowl’s sides for even distribution. When you need a fluffy, aerated mix, consider a higher speed; for a smooth, thick batter (think cheesecake), lower speeds work well. It’s particularly handy for frosting tasks, and after mixing, you can flip the blade to a spatula function to scoop batter from the bowl. The frame uses a powder-coated aluminum body for durability, while the flexible plastic blade keeps a clean surface free of rubber, silicone, or Teflon. A double-molded bond between blade and frame helps prevent food from getting trapped under the blade, promoting sanitation.

Usage notes and care: operate the Beater Blade only when ingredients are in the bowl. After use, the blade can scrape batter into pans. For longevity and shine, hand washing is strongly recommended. This model is not intended for dough kneading or ultra thick dough tasks that stress the blade.
