At Oico Home, Kitchen and Dining, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must meet the return conditions outlined below to be eligible.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Seller-Fault Return Reasons

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer the choice of a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage or defect, report it to us via oicohome.usa@gmail.com within 7 days. Include photos and a detailed description so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Cutlery and kitchen utensils that have been opened or used
  • Food storage containers and similar products once opened
  • Clearance, final sale, or personalized/customized items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item separately. We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges and advise ordering promptly.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Refund Timing
