Order Processing Time
At Oico Home, all orders are processed within 1 business day. We strive to prepare and ship your items as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Standard Shipping Time
Standard shipping is available throughout the United States, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. While we make every effort to meet these delivery estimates, please note that remote or long-distance deliveries may experience slight delays due to transit distances.
Additionally, carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding should such delays impact delivery times.
Express Shipping Options
Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. These options provide expedited delivery for customers who prefer quicker service. Shipping rates for express options are calculated automatically based on the destination.
Please note, free standard shipping always applies for all orders with no minimum purchase required, regardless of whether you choose to upgrade to express shipping.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s progress until it is delivered to your doorstep.

- Express shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or packages being returned to us. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us promptly to make corrections.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction and timely receipt of your order are our top priorities.
International Shipping
Currently, Oico Home ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
