Smart heating that fits your schedule

Two active modes adapt to changing plans. Use Set-and-Forget to reserve a mealtime in advance, or switch to Instant-On for immediate heating when your schedule shifts. The built-in clock chip stores your last meal time and temperature, so the unit can auto-start heating at the right moment after first setup.

Even heating and precise temperature control

Tips for best results

• Use the included insulation bag to speed heating and improve heat retention.
• Moisten drier foods with a small amount of water to generate steam for even heating.
• Ensure food contacts the bottom of the inner container; for large items, add a splash of sauce to aid circulation.
• If you want deeper heating, raise the temperature slightly or start heating 20–30 minutes earlier.
• Thaw frozen foods in the fridge overnight before heating for best results.

The inner container uses food-grade 304 stainless steel and features a leak-resistant silicone seal to prevent leaks during commutes. A removable divider lets you customize meal layout, and the utensils are dishwasher-safe for quick cleanup. The 1.3L capacity fits a full daily meal.

Note that the container contains trace nickel, so it is not suitable for individuals with a nickel allergy. Avoid powering on in extremely cold environments to prevent sensor read errors.
